About
Harold “Dutch” Coleman Jr.
Leadership built through service, mentorship, education, and a lifelong commitment to helping people grow beyond their circumstances.
Harold “Dutch” Coleman Jr., M.Ed., helps individuals, athletes, students, and organizations develop the discipline, leadership, and accountability required to succeed in demanding environments.
His work is rooted in a simple belief: strong leadership begins with personal responsibility. Before people can lead teams, organizations, or communities effectively, they must first learn how to lead themselves with consistency, discipline, and purpose.
A Clemson University alumnus with a background in engineering, education, executive coaching, and community leadership, Dutch has spent decades helping people navigate pressure, adversity, and growth in ways that produce long-term impact.
His experience spans athletics, nonprofit leadership, mentorship, media, and leadership development, giving him a unique perspective on how people grow through challenges both personally and professionally.
“The goal is not simply to help people succeed in the moment. The goal is to help them become dependable leaders people can trust in every environment they enter.”
As founder of the ABLE2 Foundation, Dutch helped establish programs focused on supporting underserved communities through education, mentorship, academic development, and leadership guidance.
Under his leadership, the organization has supported local schools, provided educational resources for teachers and students, created academic support initiatives, and mentored young people navigating difficult circumstances.
His influence extends into athletics as well, where he has coached championship-level basketball teams while mentoring athletes beyond the game itself. His approach emphasizes discipline, character, accountability, and preparation for life after sports.
Whether working with students, athletes, professionals, or organizations, the focus remains consistent: helping people strengthen their mindset, raise their standards, and develop leadership habits that hold up under pressure.
Today, Dutch delivers this work through leadership coaching, mentorship programs, speaking engagements, and community-based development initiatives designed to help individuals grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
